The saying "Say yes" has a bit of a double meaning: It's a reminder to open your eyes and see that it's me and also to say yes to whatever comes out of your mouth. While the former is meant to free you from your worries about what people might think, the latter is meant to free you from the fear of saying the wrong thing. If something good comes out of your mouth, then it's okay to say it. If something bad comes out, then it's okay to keep it inside.
